We strive to ship your order out within 2-4 business days after your order is placed. All orders are shipped in plain discreet packaging. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Insurance is optional for additional $2.00. We will not be responsible for any lost packages unless insurance is purchased.

We ship UPS and the shipping rates are determined by the weight and shipping location of each package.

Large orders or purchases that include shoes can weigh more than the average package and, therefore, may incur a slightly higher shipping charge.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Return policy And Cancellation Policy Satisfaction Guaranteed. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. We want you to feel safe knowing that if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund, store credit or exchange for another size. All items that are returned for credit must be received within 10 business days of original shipment. You must contact us to receive an authorization for your return. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returned items must be in original condition shipped to us prepaid, insured and in original packaging and with original packing slip. Please ship via UPS ground or registered mail. Please allow up to 10 days to process returns. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All sale items are considered final sales. Missing items or packaging may be subject to additional restocking fee. Due to U.S. Health Regulations, there will be no refunds or returns accepted for undergarments, petticoats, shorts, hats and stockings at anytime.

Should you need to cancel an order please note that cancellations are only allowed before the order has shipped which is within 24 hours of submitting the order. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All Costumes and Holiday Item are NOT returnable. Costumes can be exchanged for a different size only. See exchange instructions below.

If you wish to exchange a Halloween Costume for a different size simply place a new order for the correct costume before you return the original costume. Before you ship the return order write your new order number on the return form included in the package. Please Note: All returned costumes without a new order number included will shipped back to you at your cost. NO EXCEPTIONS. Also note all exchanges are subject to the standard $3.00 restocking fee.
