We strive to ship your order out within 2-4 business days after your order is placed. All orders are shipped in plain discreet packaging. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Insurance is optional for additional $2.00. We will not be responsible for any lost packages unless insurance is purchased.
2nd Day Air shipping does not speed up the time that is needed to process your order.
We ship UPS or USPS and the shipping rates are determined by the weight and shipping location of each package.

* Please keep in mind these rates are estimated to cover our standard ground and priority mail shipping methods for the average weight of a package of 1-2 pounds. **INTERNATIONAL ORDERS**
Risque Attitude has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Risque Attitude. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Return policy And Cancellation Policy Satisfaction Guaranteed. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. We want you to feel safe knowing that if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund, store credit or exchange for another size. All items that are returned for credit must be received within 10 business days of original shipment. You must contact us to receive an authorization for your return. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returned items must be in original condition shipped to us prepaid, insured and in original packaging and with original packing slip. Please ship via UPS ground or registered mail. Please allow up to 10 days to process returns. No returns will be accepted after 15 days. All sale items are considered final sales. Missing items or packaging may be subject to additional restocking fee.
Due to U.S. Health Regulations, there will be no refunds or returns accepted for undergarments, petticoats, shorts, swimwear, hats and stockings at anytime.
All returns and cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Should you need to cancel an order please note that cancellations are only allowed before the order has shipped which is within 24 hours of submitting the order.

If you are exchanging an item and a credit is required, your card will be credited for that purchase. A new order will then be placed for your new item. You will see a new authorization for this new order.
All Costumes and Holiday Item are NOT returnable. Costumes can be exchanged for a different size only. See exchange instructions below.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF HALLOWEEN & CHRISTMAS COSTUMES AND ACCESSORIES:
No REFUNDS/RETURNS will be given on Halloween/Christmas costumes.
This includes all accessories (which includes and is not limited to petticoats, jewelry and shoes/boots purchased with the costumes).
